Every year, the team at our after-school care center ensures close cooperation with several schools in the social services sector for the training of social assistants and educators.

While the schools impart theoretical knowledge, we put this knowledge into practice at our facility. We strive to support the trainees in such a way that they have very good pedagogical skills at the end of their internships or their training as social assistants or state-recognized educators. Regular reflection meetings with the trainees are necessary for this.
In order to achieve the best possible training results, the management of the facility, the practical instructor and the schools also consult with each other and provide feedback, which is conducive to good cooperation. Such cooperation can also be reflected in the implementation of joint projects or activities for celebrations, festivals and highlights of our after-school care center.
